Holbox is an island in northern Quintana Roo. The ferry leaves from the dock in Chiquilá: the crossing takes about 25 minutes, with departures by Holbox Express and 9 Hermanos. The ferry ticket isn't included in the transfer: you buy it at the dock.
There are hardly any cars on the island: people get around by golf cart, by bike or on foot.
Ferries to Holbox don't run all night: if your flight lands late, check the time of the last ferry and tell us when you book so we can plan your transfer.

On a round trip, on your way back we wait for you at the Chiquilá dock at the time you tell us and take you to the airport.

It includes everything. The price on this page is the total per van: it already covers the airport access fee and parking, and our vans carry the insurance the airport requires to operate. There are no extra fees. Only the Holbox ferry ticket is paid separately.
Are drinks included in the transfer?
Yes. There is complimentary water and beer on board. Beer is only for adults 18 and over.
Where does the driver meet me at Cancún Airport?
Inside the terminal, with a name sign. At Terminals 1, 2 and 4, we wait in the authorized transportation area as you come out, next to the Welcome Bar; at Terminal 3, at the Margaritaville Bar. We have an access contract with Cancún Airport to pick up our passengers.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight with the number you give us when you book. If it is delayed, the driver waits for you at no extra cost, however many hours it takes.
Do you have baby car seats?
Yes. We have baby car seats and booster seats for children, at no extra cost. Ask for them on WhatsApp when you book.
What if I cancel or my flight changes?
There's no charge: since you pay in cash on arrival, we never charge you if you cancel or end up not traveling. Just let us know on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
How do I pay? Do you take US dollars or cards?
You pay on arrival, in cash to the driver, in Mexican pesos or US dollars at the day's exchange rate; we don't ask for a deposit. Please bring cash: we don't take cards on arrival.
Does the price include the Holbox ferry?
No. We take you to the dock in Chiquilá; you buy the ferry ticket there, from the ferry company.
