Pets
Your dog or cat is welcome, at no extra charge. If you can, bring it in its carrier: that way we keep the van clean for the next passenger, who may have allergies. Let us know on WhatsApp when you book.
Special luggage
A van fits 8 people with up to 15 large suitcases. We also carry boxes, bikes, surfboards or kiteboards, golf clubs, wheelchairs and strollers at no extra charge. With 2 bikes, up to 6 people fit. If you bring more luggage, message us on WhatsApp and we'll give you the price. Let us know when you book what you're bringing, so we can get the van ready.
Large groups
We have coordinated groups of up to 190 people: arrivals and departures with flights at different times, and transfers to theme parks. We have our own vans and, for larger groups, we work with other local transportation companies, with all kinds of vehicles. Message us on WhatsApp with the dates, the flights and how many people are traveling.

How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp or book on the form: tell us your flight, the date, how many people are traveling, your hotel or address and what you're bringing (pet, boxes, bikes, boards, golf clubs, wheelchair or stroller).
- We track your flight. If it is delayed, the driver waits at no extra cost, however many hours it takes.
- We meet you inside the terminal with a name sign: at Terminals 1, 2 and 4, in the authorized transportation area next to the Welcome Bar; at Terminal 3, at the Margaritaville Bar.
- You go straight to your hotel and pay the driver in cash, in pesos or US dollars.
Frequently asked questions
Can you take us from Cancún Airport to Tulum with our dog?
Yes. Your dog is welcome at no extra charge; if you can, bring it in its carrier. To Tulum it's $1,900 MXN one way per van. Let us know on WhatsApp when you book.
Can I travel with my cat?
Yes, your cat is welcome at no extra charge. Preferably, bring it in its carrier. Let us know on WhatsApp when you book.
Do you carry boxes or a lot of luggage?
Yes. A van fits 8 people with up to 15 large suitcases, and we also carry boxes at no extra charge. If you bring more, message us on WhatsApp and we'll give you the price.
Can you take us with our bikes?
Yes. Up to 2 bikes in their boxes or cases fit, with up to 6 people, and there's no extra charge for bikes. If you're going to IRONMAN Cozumel, we take you and your bike to the Cozumel ferry.
Do you carry surfboards, kiteboards or golf clubs?
Yes, at no extra charge. Let us know when you book what you're bringing, so we can get the van ready.

Do you coordinate large groups with flights at different times?

What vehicles do you use for large groups?
We have our own Volkswagen Transporter vans, for up to 8 people each. For larger groups we work with other local transportation companies, with all kinds of vehicles.
Do you take groups to theme parks like Xcaret, Xel-Há or Xplor?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the park, the date and how many people are traveling, and we'll give you the price.
Is the price per person or per van?
Per van: the same price for your whole group, up to 8 people. For groups that need several vans, multiply by the number of vans.
Is the transfer private or shared?
Private. The van is just for your group: you never share it with other passengers, and we make no stops at other hotels.
Where does the driver meet me at Cancún Airport?
Inside the terminal, with a name sign. At Terminals 1, 2 and 4, we wait in the authorized transportation area as you come out, next to the Welcome Bar; at Terminal 3, at the Margaritaville Bar. We have an access contract with Cancún Airport to pick up our passengers.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight with the number you give us when you book. If it is delayed, the driver waits for you at no extra cost, however many hours it takes.
Can you pick me up if I land late at night?
Yes. We pick up at any hour, day or night. We track your flight, and if it lands late, the driver waits for you at no extra cost.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes, you can also book on the day you travel.
What if I cancel or my flight changes?
There's no charge: since you pay in cash on arrival, we never charge you if you cancel or end up not traveling. Just let us know on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
How do I pay? Do you take US dollars or cards?
You pay on arrival, in cash to the driver, in Mexican pesos or US dollars at the day's exchange rate; we don't ask for a deposit. Please bring cash: we don't take cards on arrival.
On a round trip, do I pay for both rides on arrival?
No. You pay for each ride when it ends. The day before your return we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm the time; just reply so your van stays booked.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, our drivers communicate in basic English.
