Price per van, not per person: up to 2 bikes and 6 people with their luggage. Pay the driver in cash, in Mexican pesos or US dollars at the day's exchange rate. In US dollars that's about US$71 one way and US$135 round trip (17 pesos per dollar, October 27, 2026).

A van fits up to 2 bikes in their boxes or cases, plus luggage, and up to 6 people. There's no extra charge for bikes. For more bikes or more people, message us on WhatsApp and we'll give you the price.
We take you to the passenger ferry dock in downtown Playa del Carmen, or to the car ferry terminal at Calica, at the same rate as Playa del Carmen. The ferry ticket isn't included; before you travel, ask the ferry company how to bring your bike.
IRONMAN Cozumel is held in November and IRONMAN 70.3 Cozumel in September. We are not an official IRONMAN provider and have no connection with the event organizers.

How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your flight, the date, how many people and bikes are traveling, and which ferry you're taking: Playa del Carmen or Calica.
- We track your flight. If it is delayed, the driver waits at no extra cost, however many hours it takes.
- We meet you inside the terminal with a name sign: at Terminals 1, 2 and 4, in the authorized transportation area next to the Welcome Bar; at Terminal 3, at the Margaritaville Bar.
- You go straight to the ferry with your bike and pay the driver in cash, in pesos or US dollars.
On a round trip, after the race we wait for you at the Playa del Carmen dock or at Calica when your ferry arrives and take you to the airport.

It includes everything. The price on this page is the total per van: it already covers the airport access fee and parking, and our vans carry the insurance the airport requires to operate. There are no extra fees. Only the ferry ticket is paid separately. There's no extra charge for bikes.
Do you charge extra for the bike?
No. Your bike rides at no extra cost: you only pay the per-van rate.
How many bikes and people fit in the van?

Can you take us to the car ferry at Calica?
Yes, at the same rate as the Playa del Carmen dock: $1,200 MXN one way per van.
Does the price include the ferry ticket?
No. You buy the ticket from the ferry company. Before you travel, ask them how to bring your bike on the ferry.
Can you pick us up when we come back from Cozumel?
Yes. From the Playa del Carmen dock or Calica to the airport, or to your hotel in Playa del Carmen, it's the same rate: $1,200 MXN one way per van. Tell us what time your ferry arrives.
Are you an official IRONMAN provider?
No. We are a private transfer company; we have no connection with IRONMAN or the event organizers.
Is the transfer private or shared?
Private. The van is just for your group: you never share it with other passengers, and we make no stops at other hotels.
Where does the driver meet me at Cancún Airport?
Inside the terminal, with a name sign. At Terminals 1, 2 and 4, we wait in the authorized transportation area as you come out, next to the Welcome Bar; at Terminal 3, at the Margaritaville Bar. We have an access contract with Cancún Airport to pick up our passengers.
How do I recognize my driver at the airport?
When your flight lands, we send you a photo of the sign with your name so you can easily spot your driver. If someone inside the terminal offers you transportation or tours, you don't need to stop: your driver is already waiting for you with that sign.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight with the number you give us when you book. If it is delayed, the driver waits for you at no extra cost, however many hours it takes.
Can you pick me up if I land late at night?
Yes. We pick up at any hour, day or night. We track your flight, and if it lands late, the driver waits for you at no extra cost.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes, you can also book on the day you travel.
What if I cancel or my flight changes?
There's no charge: since you pay in cash on arrival, we never charge you if you cancel or end up not traveling. Just let us know on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
How do I pay? Do you take US dollars or cards?
You pay on arrival, in cash to the driver, in Mexican pesos or US dollars at the day's exchange rate; we don't ask for a deposit. Please bring cash: we don't take cards on arrival.
On a round trip, do I pay for both rides on arrival?
No. You pay for each ride when it ends. The day before your return we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm the time; just reply so your van stays booked.
Do I have to tip the driver?
It's not required. If you were happy with the service and want to tip, 15% is fine.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, our drivers communicate in basic English.
